Products must be sealed and unused in their original packaging to be eligible for exchange.
Opened Products
Opened, worn, or unsealed products cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances.
No Cash Refunds
We do not offer cash or card refunds. Size exchanges are the only remedy available.
Size Exchanges Only
Contact us on WhatsApp before sending anything back. Do not return without prior confirmation.
