Delivery Area We deliver to all GCC countries — UAE, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain, and Oman.

Delivery Time Orders arrive within 1–2 business days from the time of dispatch.

Shipping Cost Free shipping on orders above AED 150. A flat fee of AED 30 applies below that.

Order Cut-Off Orders placed before 12:00 PM are processed the same day. After 12 PM, the next business day.

Packaging Every order is packed carefully to reflect the quality inside. No excess, no waste.

Returns & Exchanges

Products must be sealed and unused in their original packaging to be eligible for exchange.

Opened Products

Opened, worn, or unsealed products cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances.

Refund Policy

No Cash Refunds

We do not offer cash or card refunds. Size exchanges are the only remedy available.

Contact us on WhatsApp before sending anything back. Do not return without prior confirmation.

Step 1 Message us on WhatsApp at 050 380 4051 with your order number and the size you need. Do not send the item before we confirm.

Step 2 We check stock availability and confirm whether the exchange can go ahead.

Step 3 Send the sealed, unused product back in its original packaging. Return shipping is at the customer's expense.

Step 4 Once received and verified, we dispatch your new size within 1–2 business days.

التوصيل والشحن

منطقة التوصيل نوصّل إلى جميع دول الخليج العربي — الإمارات، السعودية، الكويت، قطر، البحرين، وعُمان.

مدة التوصيل تصلك طلباتك خلال ١ – ٢ يوم عمل من تاريخ الشحن.

تكلفة الشحن شحن مجاني على الطلبات فوق ١٥٠ درهم. رسوم ثابتة ١٥ درهم على الطلبات دون ذلك.

وقت المعالجة الطلبات قبل الساعة ١٢ ظهراً تُعالج في نفس اليوم. بعدها تُعالج في يوم العمل التالي.

التغليف كل طلب يُعبّأ بعناية تعكس جودة المنتج. لا إسراف ولا تقصير.

الاسترجاع والاستبدال

لا نوفر استرداداً نقدياً أو على البطاقة. الاستبدال بمقاس مختلف هو الخيار الوحيد المتاح.

الخطوة ١ تواصل معنا عبر واتساب على 050 380 4051 بذكر رقم الطلب والمقاس المطلوب. لا ترسل المنتج قبل تأكيدنا.

الخطوة ٢ نتحقق من توفر المقاس ونؤكد لك إمكانية المتابعة.

الخطوة ٣ أرسل المنتج في حالته الأصلية المغلقة. تكاليف شحن الإرجاع على عاتق العميل.

الخطوة ٤ بعد الاستلام والتحقق، نشحن لك المقاس الجديد خلال ١–٢ يوم عمل.
